You tend to focus a lot on other people, and spend a lot of time with your friends or focusing on your relationships, but it would be wise to spend some time for yourself as well. Know that whenever you get out of a relationship it is wise that you spend time by yourself in order to understand what are your likes and dislikes and to just understand yourself as an individual.

It would be smart that you joined a gym or just an activity that exercises you physically since you do not like working out by yourself.
Mentally, your partner needs to give you space, and learn to trust you. You are already stressed with things happening at work, and you do not need someone to even now stress you out when you are at home. It would be wise if you asked for some space from your partner to mentally sort things out with him/her later on and to understand your relationship better.
